Hello world!

Cheryl has wanderlust and wants to see everything and go everywhere. Mark is a homebody and likes to putter in the yard and fix things …. outside. We’re restoring an old house … sometimes in between day trips, vacation and working in the yard – so it’s taking us awhile to finish. Cheryl has a Canon EOS Xsi Digital, a Canon EOS-10S film and a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ150  digital. Mark has a Sony a100 digital and a bunch of Minoltas film. We’re both very sad that they “took my Kodachrome away.”

We take 3 real vacations a year: 1 winter, 1 summer and 1 autumn and sprinkle the rest of the year with weekend day trips and overnight visits to friends and family. Most of the time it’s New England but we’ve ventured into Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Canada and Virginia.

Cheryl has a long “go see” list. Mark is a good guy and generally goes wherever Cheryl decides to go. Some of the places on our “go see” list are:

  • Dolly Sods Wilderness Area
  • Blue Ridge Mountains camping
  • Upper Peninsula of Michigan
  • Ski Utah
  • Ski Montana
  • Outer Banks of North Carolina

Doesn’t seem like a very long list but I did say “some.”
